Our purpose is to optimise and enhance the performance of those who wear our clothing. Our promise: to find a way forward with agility and skill.
Our focus on human-centered design recognises that everything we dream-up, design and manufacture must work for the person wearing it. Within this is an implicit understanding that ADA must lead the uniform industry by creating inclusive size ranges for all bodies. We continually innovate to harness the newest technologies to improve function, and we research with humans to create fitting outcomes that decrease distraction, increase comfort and allow for natural body movement.
Our garments are designed to integrate effectively through functionality and fit. We are creating uniforms that are role-specific, user-friendly, and comfortable. Throughout design and development processes we collaborate with end-users to address design challenges and engineer solutions.

High-tech uniforms must incorporate a perfect balance between safety, protection, comfort and function. Testing allows us to create solutions that match the purpose of the uniform with the needs of the wearer.
At ADA we work with local and offshore test labs to ensure all testing and certification requirements are met.

Our team of 30 Melbourne-based designers allow clients to accelerate and produce a single product prototype swiftly. Direct collaboration with our clients creates customised products that supply purpose built protection.
New developments are tested and quality assured to ensure that they suit both the needs of the client and meet all standards.

We work in close consultation with the Tactical Research Unit from Bond University in Queensland. Through this alliance our products are able to undergo rigorous and independent testing.
Through collaboration with academic leaders, we can test and evaluate uniforms to support and validate design innovations.

Our uniforms are designed to be used and tested accordingly. We partner with industry professionals to put products through real-world testing with the people that will ultimately use the product in their day to day duties.
