Defence

ADA has been manufacturing Combat, Non-Combat and Protective Apparel and Equipment for the Australian Defence Force for the past 100 years.

We currently supply Standard Combat Uniform, Operational Combat Uniform, Soldier Combat Ensemble, Load Carriage Equipment and Flyers Ensembles to the ADF. We are also the preferred supplier for the Naval Foul and Wet Weather ensembles.

ADA’s parent company Logistik Unicorp currently services the Uniform and Total Apparel Management requirements of the Canadian Department of National Defence.

ADA is Australia’s largest and foremost manufacturer of distinctively customised military garments and protective equipment, with our Australian manufacturing facility capable of producing in excess of 36,000 garments per month and 600 sets of TBAS (Tiered Body Armour System) vests and pouches, equating to 21,000 individual items. We will manufacture and despatch over 1,000,000 units this financial year.

ADA is constantly monitoring international military trends across Combat, Non-Combat, Ceremonial, Personal and General Protective Equipment, and is capable of actively assisting any Defence Organisation in any of its requirements.

ADA’s longevity in supplying the Australian Defence Force for 100 years in an increasingly globally competitive industry is underpinned by our ability to consistently deliver on our promises.

ADA has been proudly named as one of the “Top 40 Defence Contractors for 2014”, the only Apparel Supplier to reach this acclaim.

Emergency Services

The people who choose to work in emergency services – ambulance, fire, police and rescue – know that at times they may risk injury or even death in fulfilling the duties of their role. But the risk is mitigated by effective protective clothing – and that’s where ADA is proud to play such a vital role.

Protection from hazards is the overwhelming priority in uniform design, but not at the expense of functionality and comfort. Protection, performance, comfort, durability, certifications and standards – ADA balances this demanding mix to provide you with the best possible solution for your protective, ceremonial and everyday uniform needs.

Healthcare

Healthcare uniform design has advanced a long way since the one-size-fits-all approach. ADA creates uniforms for healthcare professionals that are the equivalent of an extra tool in supporting and enhancing their job performance.

Quality design is the starting point for a safe, flexible, fit-for-purpose healthcare uniform wardrobe that is comfortable for everyone, regardless of body shape or size. From there, we source the most durable, colourfast, easy care fabrics available, and deliver a uniform solution designed to make any health professional’s job easier.
